ZipBoxer is owned and operated by Romie LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a pickup or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
ZipBoxer provides local pickup and drop-off of customer return items to designated carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other return centers). We are not affiliated with any retailer or carrier.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, app, or approved booking channels.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are based on item size:

Small: $7
-
Medium: $10
-
Large: $15
-
Repackaging Add-on: $3 per order

Combo plan customers are billed according to their plan terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup address, contact information, and item details.

Ensure items are properly packaged and labeled unless repackaging service is purchased.

Be available during the selected pickup window or leave items in a secure location if prearranged.

If no one is available and no secure drop-off arrangement is made, a Missed Pickup Fee of $5 will apply.
4. Item Restrictions
We do not transport:

Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, chemicals)

Perishable items (fresh food, plants)
-
Illegal goods or contraband
-
Oversized items beyond our stated limits (contact us first for approval)

Fragile items not packaged securely
5. Liability

Romie LLC and ZipBoxer are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or carrier issues.

We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly packaged before pickup.

Our responsibility ends once the item is handed over to the designated carrier and confirmed with proof of drop-off.

Customers must track returns directly with the retailer or carrier.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup without penalty.

Cancellations within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a $5 fee.

Refunds will be issued only if ZipBoxer fails to complete the pickup due to our own fault.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be used only to process your booking and provide services. We do not sell or share your information without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes to Terms
Romie LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
